Oswaldo D. Lopez is the Director/Advisor at Suncoast Capital, LLC, bringing over 45 years of extensive experience in real estate development, financing, asset management, operational planning, and construction management. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley's College of Environmental Design and has completed certification programs in Financial Management and Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management at Cornell University.

Oswaldo has an extensive portfolio of successful projects both internationally and domestically, having contributed to the development of high-rise office buildings and luxury residential towers. His career spans leadership roles with prestigious firms including Golub & Company, The Rockefeller Group, Outrigger Hospitality Group, Selene International, LLC, Alagen Capital Group, Oasis Realty West, Inc., Oxford Properties Group, Hilton Worldwide, and Hilton Corporation.

Throughout his career, Oswaldo has been instrumental in securing project capital from major institutions such as Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Pacific Life Insurance Company, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. He has been a part of numerous world-class real estate developments, including California Plaza in Los Angeles.

In addition to his practical experience, Oswaldo is also a licensed architect in California and has contributed to various real estate publications. He is a Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the University of California at Berkeley, College of Environmental Design, School of Architecture, and has served on the boards of several prominent organizations. His work has earned him recognition in the industry, including his expertise in securing capital for real estate projects and his leadership in large-scale development projects.
